About these terms
These are the terms Answari ("we", "us") works to when providing services to clients ("you"). A written proposal for each engagement sets out the specific scope, deliverables and fees; where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal takes precedence for that engagement.
The services
- The Visibility Audit - a fixed-scope review of how your business appears across AI answer engines, with a prioritised fix list. Fixed fee of £750.
- The Build - implementation of the audit's fixes across technical foundations, structured data, entity consistency and answer-first content. Project fee from £1,900, scoped in the proposal.
- The Watch - monthly measurement, reporting and defence of your AI visibility. £550 per month with a three-month minimum term, then rolling monthly; either party may end it after the minimum term with one month's written notice.
What we do not promise
No consultancy can guarantee that any AI engine will recommend, cite or rank a specific business, and we do not make that promise. Our work improves the foundations answer engines rely on: crawlability, entity clarity, structured data, answer-first content, independent corroboration and honest measurement. We report what moved, transparently, against a measured baseline.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, information and approvals needed for the work, and to make sure the information you give us about your business is accurate. Where work depends on your input, timelines pause until it arrives.
Fees and payment
Fees are invoiced as set out in the proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving notice.
Timelines
Dates we give are made in good faith and are indicative. AI platforms, engines and third-party services change on their own schedules, and visibility outcomes move at the pace those systems allow.
Intellectual property
On payment in full, you own the bespoke written content, reports and other deliverables created specifically for your business under the agreed scope.
Answari retains ownership of its pre-existing methodology, processes, software, templates, frameworks, scoring systems, tools and general know-how. Where any of those materials are included within a client deliverable, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of that deliverable for your own business purposes.
We may use anonymised and aggregated learning from an engagement to improve our methodology, provided that this does not disclose your confidential information, personal data or commercially sensitive information.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement. We may describe work in generalised, non-identifying terms unless the proposal agrees otherwise; named case studies happen only with your written consent.
Liability
Neither party excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under an engagement is capped at the fees you have paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
