Services

Start with the truth. Then own the answer.

Answari offers three services in a fixed sequence: a Visibility Audit that establishes exactly where you stand in AI answers, a Build that implements the fixes, and a monthly Watch that reports and defends the position. Every engagement opens with the audit - you see the evidence before committing to anything ongoing.

The Visibility Audit

£750 · fixed fee, fixed scope

For practices that want the truth about where they stand before spending anything on fixes.

The audit answers one question with evidence: when your customers ask AI for a recommendation, are you the name it gives? We run a fixed set of your buyers’ real questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude and map your citation share against every competitor that appears.

Alongside the visibility test we check the things that silently decide it: whether AI crawlers can actually reach your site, whether the engines recognise your business as a distinct entity, the state of your structured data, and how answer-ready your key pages are.

Deliverable

Where you stand, and the plan

A written report covering:

  • Your citation share, engine by engine, question by question
  • Branded vs non-branded split - are you visible in genuine discovery, or only to people who already know you?
  • Crawler access, entity and schema findings
  • A prioritised fix list: quick wins and strategic moves

02 · Setup

The Build

From £1,900 · one-off project fee, scoped after the audit

For practices with an audit in hand and gaps worth closing properly.

The Build implements the audit’s fix list - the technical and content work that makes you the easiest, most trustworthy source for the engines to lift. Done for you, either directly in your CMS or as a precise implementation pack for your developer.

The scope follows the methodology, in order: crawler access first, then entity and structured data, then answer-first content on the pages that win or lose your key questions.

The entry fee of £1,900 covers one website, one business location and one agreed CMS. It includes the crawler and technical foundation work, the agreed structured-data and entity setup, and answer-first improvements to up to three priority pages. The proposal will identify the pages and implementation work included before the engagement begins. Additional locations, substantial development work, new page creation and larger content programmes are scoped and priced separately.

Typically includes

The fixes, implemented

  • Crawler access and technical foundation resolved
  • Full structured-data stack, validated and live
  • Single-identity entity setup across your profiles
  • Answer capsules, key facts and FAQ blocks on key pages
  • Measurement wiring: AI-referral tracking and the reporting baseline

03 · Retainer

The Watch

£550 per month · three-month minimum

For practices that have won visibility and intend to keep it.

AI answers move constantly: models update, sources shift, competitors respond. The Watch re-runs your visibility test every month, reports movement against your baseline in plain numbers, and does the ongoing authority and content work that compounds over time.

Every report answers the same three questions: what was done, what moved, and what it produced - visibility won, citations gained, enquiries attributed. If it stopped producing movement, the report would show it plainly. That is the point of it.

£550 per month covers the agreed monthly re-run of the fixed prompt set, an updated scorecard against the baseline, a concise findings and priorities report, and up to half a day of implementation work against the active fix list. The monthly work is prioritised by likely commercial value and agreed access. Larger content, development, outreach or digital PR projects are quoted separately before work begins.

Every month

Track, report, defend

  • The citation scorecard vs your baseline
  • Position and accuracy tracking per engine, per question
  • Ongoing authority and citation building
  • Content recommendations and updates
  • Response to competitor moves and platform changes

Before you enquire

Who this is right for - and who it is not.

A good fit

  • An owner-run professional practice
  • Depends on trust and local authority to win clients
  • Already has a website and wants it discoverable in AI answers
  • Wants measured work against a dated baseline, not vague content
  • Willing to fix public proof, content and technical gaps

Not a good fit

  • Wants guaranteed ChatGPT recommendations - nobody honest sells those
  • Wants tricks or shortcuts
  • Has no appetite to improve public proof
  • Wants mass-produced AI content
  • Wants a dashboard only, with no implementation

Working with Answari

The practical questions.

Why is the audit paid rather than free?

Because it is real work with a real deliverable: a fixed prompt set run across four engines, citation share mapped against competitors, technical and entity checks, and a prioritised plan. The free visibility check exists for a first look; the audit is the full picture.

What if the audit shows we are already visible?

Then you will know it, with evidence, and the honest recommendation may simply be light monitoring. Visibility is question-specific, though: businesses are frequently strong in one answer and absent from the next, so the more common outcome is a mixed picture with clear priorities.

Do you need access to our website?

For the audit, no - it runs from the outside, the way the engines see you. For the Build, yes: either direct CMS access or a clear implementation pack for your web developer, whichever you prefer.

Are there sectors you do not work with?

We do not take clients in vehicle leasing, fleet or motor finance. In regulated sectors - health, law, finance - we apply additional care: conservative claims, real credentials behind content, and human sign-off on anything customer-facing.

Why founder-led and a small number of clients?

Because the work is judgment-heavy and the field is moving quickly. You work directly with the founder on every engagement - no account managers, no outsourcing - which is only honest at a small client count. If capacity is full, you will be told so and offered a start date rather than a diluted service.

What happens after the audit?

The report and the prioritised fix list are yours either way. Most clients move into the Build to close the gaps, then the Watch to hold the position. The sample audit shows exactly what the report looks like.
